Harobino Vidya Bhava is a premier English medium co-educational school centrally located in Berhampur city. It is run by a minority educational charitable trust.

The trust administers the school through a managing committed. In july 5 1982 the founder Late Edwin Samuel Mohanty and Mrs. Hiramoni Mohanty started the school with the vision- contribute your mite to the community by giving the best kind of education to the children of lower status of the neighborhood. Since then its became the mission of the school to admit the students as they come with whatever potential, care for them bring them to standard of a good CBSE affiliated school. What the government at the turn of the first decade of the 21st century implements, that policy Harobino Vidya Bhavan adopted 2 decades before the end of 20th century . as is asked by RTI ACT now-no failure in any class up to class 8 the HVB has acted upon it since 1982. At present the school has pre-primary to class-X. Hopefully from 2013 the school will be upgraded to a higher secondary school with science and commerce stream.
